Sweet Cheezus - Big & Chewy Cranberry, White Chocolate & Cheez-it Cookies

Sweet Cheezus, Mary, and Joseph, we’ve gone and done it. This mad masterpiece strikes a holy alliance between sweet white chocolate chips, tart cranberries, and actual, crunchy Cheez-Its. It is a sweet-and-salty miracle that sounds like a sin but tastes like absolute heaven. One bite of this cheesy, chewy,  buttery banter and you will be converted on the spot. Topped with a Drizzle of white chocolate & Cheez-it crumble.

Inspired by my favorite cheese at my favorite grocery store in Ireland. It was a smooth cheddar with chunks of dried cranberries. I added the white chocolate because it just makes sense!

 

Ingredients:

Base- Butter, Brown Sugar, Cane Sugar, EGG, Flour, Vanilla Extract, Corn Starch,   Baking Soda, Salt, and Cinnamon.

Filling- White Chocolate Chips, Cheez-Its Crackers, and Dried Cranberries.

Topping- White Chocolate Drizzle & Crushed Cheez-It Crackers.
