We have infused the fluffy dough and gooey cinnamon filling with fresh orange zest, then packed the inside with rich chocolate chips. If that wasn't enough banter, the whole masterpiece is drenched in a glaze made with real, fresh-squeezed orange juice and crowned with even more chocolate chips and citrus zest on top. It is bright, decadent, completely unhinged, and easily the most savage flavor combination to ever hit your plate.

Zesty Orange Infusion: Packed with fresh orange zest built right into the dough, the sticky filling, and scattered fresh across the top.                                                           

Melted Chocolate Pockets: Loaded with premium chocolate chips nestled inside the swirls that melt beautifully into the warm cinnamon.                                                       

Fresh Citrus Glaze: Drenched in a bright, sweet icing made with real, fresh-squeezed orange juice to perfectly balance the rich chocolate.                                                         

The Savage Crown: Topped with a striking finish of extra chocolate chips and vibrant orange zest for a stunning, textured look.

 

Inspired by one of my favorite Irish treats - an El's Big Juicy Ball. The Zest was my weakness. I never said "no" to a Big Juicy Zest Ball. In fact, I had one everyday because I worked there. One of the BEST job and businesses I have ever worked for!

 

Ingredients:

Base- Flour, Yeast, Milk, Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Orange Zest and Salt                                       

Filling- Butter, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar, Heavy Cream, Chocolate Chips, Orange Zest and Salt

Glaze- Powder Sugar, Butter, Fresh Orange Juice and Vanilla Bean Paste
